Job Description : DEPUTY CTO HYDREBAD INDIA You will be responsible for the strategy to create and manage the digital core for the organization and also oversee all technological endeavours in enterprise systems - most importantly the strategic roadmap and technical guidance. a global manufacturing setup with a topline of 3 billion USD. You will be responsible for * Leading the technology and the digital organization * Defining the IT strategy to drive organizational growth and operational excellence * Creating a digital Workplace suite of apps for improving productivity and collaboration * Defining and Creating Employee Life Cycle Management platform * Creating and managing world class finance digitization program * Creating and managing IT Infrastructure and Information Security Strategy for the organization * Identifying opportunities for simplifications and digitization of various workflows across the organization * Negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers for installing new technology * Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of solutions Key Requirements * 20+ years of experience in Information technology leadership roles * MBA + Engineering from a top tier institute * Experience in digital transformation * Solid background of SAP * Excellent communication and leadership skills
