What We Expect From You You will be responsible for all business activities of Konecranes Lift Trucks in your assigned territory. By establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors, existing and potential customers, you will care for the success of Konecranes Lift Trucks future business. In your daily work you will prepare forecasts, manage sales and financial reporting routines but also be part of developing the wider Lift Trucks strategy for the region. As the regional manager you will negotiate dealer/distributor agreements and manage price negotiations. An important part is of course also to provide feedback to our Quality and R&D departments to improve and develop product quality. Why join us? What should you bring? You will need to be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and engineering mindset. To be successful in this role we think you need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both ups and downs. You also need to have experience in customer management, a strong sales orientation. Previous experience in the Lift truck manufacturing business or similar industries are highly preferred. .
