Key Account Manager

Job Description : KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER 3PL UAE .New East Logistics is seeking seasoned sales professional, in 3PL Industry in Dubai /UAE. If you are looking for your next big step, New East Logistics is the right place. The candidates must have proven experience in 3PL Industry especially in Dubai (JAFZA) /UAE area and UAE/Middle East in general. Knowledge of Freight Forwarding & International Shipping will be considered as a plus. Responsibilities · Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company and its products and services. · Ability of contacting and attracting key accounts in 3PL Industry. · Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenues by achieving his annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals. · Provide superior customer service in a very competitive market. · Negotiate rates on a spot or transactional basis with clients. · Solicit new business through cold calls, prospects, and client referrals. · Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customer database to further develop account potential, value added products, contract logistics and distribution services. · Strategic sales approach in a very aggressive and competitive industry · Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company and its products and services. · Sales Forecasting and Budgeting · Keeping up to date CRM records. · Actively participate in new product service development process with Logistics Engineers Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years outside business-to-business sales experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Working experience in 3PL (7+ years) · Established presence in the marketplace (JAFZA /Dubai) is required · Previous International logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred. · Must have a proven sales track record in business development. · Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Clear and concise email, telephone, and face-to-face interaction · Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required while knowledge of CRM systems is considered as a plus. · Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain solid working relationships with clients and staff. · Driving License is prerequisite.
