The Role: We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have both agency and client-side experience with business acumen. He / she will work closely with our team based in the Netherlands to build the foundation of the MENA team and operation. Position Requirements: · Build and lead the local team based in Dubai. · Define and implement the development of an engaging digital brand positioning for the business. · Lead customer insights teams to identify new opportunities driving the business forward. · Lead content strategy to ensure optimal exposure and promotion of the brand. · Should have a depth of experience across all digital channels, including direct response, display, video, search, email, social and mobile marketing. · Set up KPIs framework for projects and use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions. · Experience working with sales, business development, and customer success teams. · Experience using modern marketing tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your Profile: · A proven record as a strategic thinker, with the ability to influence senior leaders across a complex global organization, is essential. · Ability to develop a strong understanding of the firm's strategy, brand, and values, and to interpret these in relation to client acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, loyalty, and advocacy. · Must demonstrate the ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams. · Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including CRM. · Proven experience developing strategic partnerships with external vendors to deliver commercial relationships which offer the best value. · Strong communication skills and ability to not only shape but persuade senior leaders and other stakeholders. · Be a catalyst for change and new ways of working. · Excellent written and oral skills with the proven ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English (Arabic is a big plus).
