Country Sales Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY SALES MANAGER APAC one of the biggest FMCG company in the world and this is your chance to join the team! Their portfolio is available in over 100 countries around the world through their several iconic brands in the market. Your new role You will be accountable for delivering Annual plan and annual strategy for the country which assigned to you. You will be also working closely with different functions on delivering sales strategy across all channels for the respective market. Other responsibilities: · Work with higher management team to develop the strategic and financial plans including budgeting and forecasting · Build the existing wholesale and, working with distributors, the export business for the assigned market · Developing strategic plan through effective Sales and Marketing initiatives that meet market, retail and consumer needs · Monitor cost management programs, including annual budget development, monthly P/L review and cost analysis · Working with cross functional teams to ensure sourcing of relevant product · Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships which including wholesales, export business and e-commerce business · Build governance and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders · Entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions to ensuring sustainability, profitability and meeting business objectives · Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff · Analyse and make recommendation on the impact of long-range growth initiatives and planning What you'll need to succeed · Minimum 10-15 years of experience in either Vietnam/Malaysia/Indonesia/Philippine market · Able to think strategically on both Marketing and Sales perspectives, with strong business mind set · Strong communication skill and stakeholder management · Ability to work independently
