Job Description : Cluster Head Manufacturing Operations Location: Vapi, Gujarat Qualification: B.E. Chemical is a must Industry: Chemicals/Paints Only Offer Sal: 70 to 80 LPA Experience: 18 to 25 years in managing manufacturing operations for multiple plants in Gujarat region is a must. • Should have handled P&L and full operational responsibility for a cluster of manufacturing sites/plants. • Should have strong relationship with local authorities and govt bodies in Gujarat region. • Strong exposure to modern manufacturing techniques such as TPM, Lean, TQM. • Strong exposure of managing Safety & EHS within the plants with deployment of ISO/TS/EHS systems in production. • Exposure to problem solving techniques such as 7 QC tools, 8-D approach and should be able to drive production team towards Quality.
