Job Description : CEO KENYA FOR TISSUE PAPER MILL Operation and manufacturing of All variety of good quality Tissues paper like Facial tissues, Toilet tissue paper, Napkin tissues , Hand wipes tissues and Interfold hand towels with lowest operational downtime and budgeted production rate. Responsible for preparing Technical notes and observations, on the Reports & Quotations received from the different suppliers, from the Process function and coordinating the same with engineering section. Responsible for all shifts progress, production, downtime, major shift rejection, current incoming material status including utility position and further production plan. Analysis of customer complaints and initiate steps to correct the issues Responsible for troubleshooting in any application execution, to track production, downtime and inventory at machine. Required Candidate profile Engineers with 10+ years of Tissue Paper manufacturing experience out of which atleast 3+ years heading a plant with P&L responsibility Must have Knowledge on tissue mill start-up and tissue mill running operations Experience with making recycled tissue grades would be a preferred Experience with the tissue mill machine, as well as stock preparation, boiler and all ancillary equipment Conversant with everything relevant to running a tissue mill - chemistry, spare parts, consumables, Perks and Benefits Net Salary upto $8000 + Bonus + All Expat Benefits
