8 yearsJob Description : TRADE MARKETING MANAGER UAE FOR KELLOGS WHAT WILL I BE DOING? · Understanding category dynamics, shoppers, trade and retailers to grow Kellogg business in the related category · Understanding Kellogg portfolio, defining portfolio gaps, and proposing ideas and innovations. Finalizing volume, financials, value chain, sourcing, and trade stories for new and re-launches. · Creating Price Pack Architecture and promo guidelines for the category, inputting to promo plans, checking and approving alignment with category strategy · Creating Conceptual Selling / trade story and sharing with Market Unit Trade Marketing Manager for localization · Developing 5P instore guidelines and deploying to MU Trade Marketing Manager, MDM and DSR · Having category reviews with sales and marketing including but not limited to Nielsen data, EPOS data (Value, Volume, Share, Distribution, Rate of Sale etc.) · KSOP commercial ownerships; and driving opportunity and risk discussions · Trade Spent & Promo Review/Approval at the end of each month together with MU Trade Marketing Manager and MDM · Leading AOP process · Approving sufficiency of marketing plans · A&P Budget Grid (ownership) for in-store · PO/GR/ GRID INPUT (Owned activities) · Deployment of A&P Budget for In Store Plans · Agency Liaison BTL (Contracts) · POSM Design and central production · Promoter Hiring & Training · Premium Execution Guidelines · Creating activity/innovation/re-launch CPS and tracking with MU Trade Marketing Manager and Marketing Team · Consolidating Gulf, Levant, Pakistan and KSA activation results, calculating ROI and sharing with stakeholders for future planning WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE? · 9-12 years’ Trade Marketing & Sales experience · FMCG, preferably multinational background · Previous experience with P&L, Trade Fund, A&P Budget, CATMAN, and revenue management
