Group Sales Head 
10 yearsJob Description : GROUP HEAD SALES DUBAI for PYYPL Group Head of Sales to join our team who is fully responsible to lead, design and improve the group’s user acquisition plans from the operating countries (currently 5, growing quickly to 20+) and scaling up revenue, and to manage all Country Managers across Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia in the execution of the sales strategies and achieving the company’s sales goals. Detailed Duties & Responsibilities: · Develop new and/or improve the existing sales strategies and plans of the company in accordance to achieving our sales goals and make sure that the whole sales team execute them. · Monitor the activity of each country’s sales team to ensure they are maximizing the use of available resources and execute the sales plans to penetrate the market. · Responsible for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets across Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. · Use granular data to identify areas in country operations where the country teams can perform better. “Know better what’s happening in the countries, that the countries know themselves” · Perform analyses of the sales performance based on the actual data for forecasting and identifying opportunities to improve. · Determine and monitor the the whole sales team’s key performance indicators (KPI’s). · Build strong relationships with the external sales/distribution partners. · Build a group-level centralised “growth operations” team who is extremely data-driven, and actively interacts with the country teams to suggest ways to improve performance. Qualifications : · Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related studies. · 10+ years overall experience in of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment; out of which is 5+ years at a General Manager/Vice President/C-Level sales role in a telecom, FMCG, or mobile money industries. · Multi-country Sales/P&L responsibility for mass consumer products (high volume, low value products to low/mid income segments) for at least $100 million/year. · Has managed a downline organization of 200+ employees. · Negotiated numerous distribution agreements for retail/trade/wholesaling. · Has used modern systems/tools/technologies for managing sales. · Proven track record of tackling fraud and “gaming” within the sales structure (employees, distributors, dealers). Your culture: · Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them. · Strong analytical and quantitative skill. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. · Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. · Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. · Strong leadership and team building skills. · Possess exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between interactions with consumers and external partners. · High proficiency in Excel.
