We need someone with good experience in governance, internal control/checks, creating processes for the internal checks Key Result Areas Supporting Actions - Drive Profitable Growth - Revenue of The Brand -Ensure that the upcoming revenue growth outperforms overall industry growth - EBITDA of the Brands- Ensure that the EBIDTA margins are consistent and in line with industry average Manage Working Capital Creditor Days- Ensure that the cost of credit should be less than the opportunity cost of investing in other avenues Drive Profit Improvement Plan SOP (business/finance) adherence and Internal Controls including GL scrutiny • Ensure vendor reconciliation with “A” class vendors • Ensure that purchase orders are closed which are greater than two months from the last delivery date • Identify and rectify the loopholes on the IT system - Ensure implementation of S4/Hana The job is based at Bangalore . Salary upto 35 lacs Only from 2013 / 2014 / 2015 batch of chartered accountants
