Parts and Inventory Manager

Job Description : PARTS AND INVENTORY MANAGER TANZANIA 10 years experience Great Opportunity with one of reputed company for Parts & Inventory Manager in Dar es Salaam. JOB PURPOSE: Efficient management of Spare Parts, inventory control & Supply chain. GENERIC DUTIES: Prepare procurement plan & stocking of required parts as per customer's demand that boosts parts sale. Ensure optimum inventory of fast moving parts. Maintain re-order level for maintenance items, lubricants & consumables Maintain physical stock, bin card & inventory EB Bill software system. Identify spares which are not in stock and prepare weekly procurement plan. Conduct physical inventory audit biannually and report any variance to management with action taken. To check expiry date of the sensitive items and arrange to dispose after consulting the concerned person (eg; rubber items, chemicals, explosives etc) Perform all stores activities such as Good receipt note, preform invoice, Invoice, delivery note & Gate pass through respective person. Prepare MIS reports with stock, sales vs Target. Check and relocate all parts based on model wise /application wise for easy access & control Minimize dead/ non-moving stock Maintain tidy & safe stores Any other responsibility given by the management from time to time Academic level needed: Bachelor degree in any discipline. Qualities: Inventory management, Knowledge of Automotive/heavy equipment parts. Efficient Supply chain management. Proficient in Computer. Professional Experience: 10 years
