Job Description : Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Formulations / OSD - Global Business Looking for a Dynamic CEO - Formulation Business - for a Pharmaceutical Organisation. Responsibilities: • Creating, Communicating & Implementing the Organisation's Vision, Mission & Overall Direction. • Leading the Development & Implementation of the Overall Business Strategy of the Organisation. • Soliciting Advise & Guidance as Appropriate from the Board of Directors. • Formulating & Implementing Business Plans that Guides the Direction of the Business of the Organisation. • Overseeing the Complete Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory & Sales/ Marketing Function of the Organisation. • Lead the Business in Accordance to the Direction Established in the Strategic Plans with Complete P&L Responsibility. • Building High Performing Team for the Achievements of the Business Goals / Targets. • Representing the Organisation in Govt, Professional Association / Forums. Qualifications & Exp.: • The Incumbent Should be M. Pharma with PGDM Degree in Management from a Reputed Institute. • About 25 years Experience in Business / Marketing of Formulation Products in Domestic & Global Markets with a Professional Organisation. • This is a Top leadership Role & looking for a Leader with a Difference to Occupy the Corner Office
