Job Description : SPARE PARTS MANAGER TANZANIA Spare Parts Manager for Heavy Commercial Trucks such as Dump trucks & Tractor Heads, Lowbeds & Trailers AND Construction Equipment such as Excavators, Wheel Loaders & Road Rollers etc. No. of Vacancies 1 vacancy Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for overall Spare parts department; Spares of Heavy Commercial trucks like Tippers & tractor Heads and Construction Equipment like Excavators, wheel loaders & Road Rollers etc.; Execute the business plan in accordance with organization goals; This includes parts sales targets, inventory targets; Lead the parts sales team to ensure that the annual sales targets are achieved; Design the inventory, sales and pricing strategy in accordance with the targeted profits; Define working strategies to market; Supervise and control all daily processes and services; Mange entire commercial activities involving coordination with internal and external departments; Generate opportunities & establish follow-up procedure; Establish a training program; Handling new consignment of parts from overseas and local purchase. Maintain cleanliness, organization and tidiness across the stores. Desired profile of the candidate Male, 40 years old, well versed in technology and record keeping, ability to manage 10+ subordinates. Adaptive to new environment, technically very sound, has international experience, a family of 5 maximum. Experience Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as Spare Parts Manager Required Skill Set Relevant Experience in managing, ordering and selling spare parts of Heavy-duty Trucks and Construction Equipment. Well versed in inventory management, supply chain logistics & overall stock maintenance. Qualification Master/Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Procurement, inventory management positions in the past. Under 45 years old. Dealt with large inventory/ stock.
