Job Description : ELECTRICAL MANAGER DRC 15-20 years experience • Installation & commissioning of VFD starter panel for 355 kw motors • Installation & commissioning of 2000 Kva x 3 Nos of DG set • Commissioning & maintenance of Power and distribution transformer, MV Board, Power control center, Motor control center, MV and LV motors, VFD’s. • Implementation of preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability. • Prepare & submission of preventive maintenance schedules of electrical equipment & switch gears • commissioning of 2000 Kva x 3 Nos of DG set • commissioning of mine dewatering pumps - VFD drives- 355 kw motors • Eliminate current losses in EW cell House • Regular Maintenance of HT line & substation to avoid major breakdown • Periodical Maintenance of rectifier transformer system , PCC & MCC panels to avoid major breakdowns • Commissioning & trouble shooting maintenance of VFD panel , Rectifier ,Power and distribution transformer, MV Board, Power control center, Motor control center, MV and LV motors, VFD’s. • Shutdown job planning • Auto cad ,Read / interpret SLD, electrical wiring diagram
