Mahali is a program powered by noon aimed at supporting local entrepreneurs to grow their business online. We offer them noon expertise and platform to sell their brands or products online and more importantly we educate them about e-commerce and how to become more successful and better educated about selling online Responsibilities: What will you do? · Drive business growth in line with Mahali strategic objectives · Touch base with sellers to understand their experience and come up with areas of improvement · Ensure financial discipline for Mahali · Manage BRMs in line with Mahali programme promise · Monitor performance of processes and Relationship Managers across countries to ensure smooth seller onboarding and on platform operation · Coordinate with dedicated functional support in finance, logistics, studio to ensure smooth operations · Define OKRs/ goals for all team members · Steer daily operating rhythms and conduct periodic performance reviews · Arabic Language skills are required Who will excel?
