Job Description : Marketing Head KENYA Industry Experience : Steel Industry Key Requirement: Must Have experience with marketing of TMT bars Responsibilities: *Responsible for complete ownership of Brand from concept to end product and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies. *Provide detailed business plan of the Brand /category; including contribution per Brand category *Work on new product development, ATL Communication, market research, consumer insights, Digital market intelligence, Brand architecture. Feedback and competition mapping *Define and implement marketing strategy that communicates the brand proposition to the target consumer, the strategy should be across marketing communication mix ranging from, ATL, BTL, PR, Digital and Social *Desired Experience: Exp in Africa Qualification: MBA or equivalent Experience - 15-20 yrs in similar industry
