10 yearsJob Description : Sales Head for a well-funded EdTech Startup in Mumbai Role: - Setup and manage National Sales & Operations for the organization - Head of Department – Sales & Operation - Set up and manage Multi-channel, multi-city, multi-product sales operations - Leading sales team and managing the entire P&L Need: - MBA from a Premier B-school (MUST) - 9+ years of experience in Sales - Have good experience in Leading National or Multi-region sales operations - Preferably have experience in FCMG, Consumer Durables, Edtech or B2C Financial Services, FoodTech, HotelTech, InsureTech, e-commerce - Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate Location: Mumbai Compensation: 40-55 LPA (approx - depending on the candidate's experience)
