National Sales Manager
12 yearsJob Description : NSM INDIA National Sales Manager will lead our sales team and expand our distribution channels across the breadth of the country. Specifically, responsibilities will include: • Develop and implement a sales strategy for acquiring new accounts/distributors in general and modern trade • Research, analyze and activate opportunities in all major sales channels • Leverage relationships to appoint additional distributors across the country; develop longterm partnerships with key buyers/senior management personnel in modern trade, general trade and online • Handle negotiations and create professional presentations for the acquisition of regional/ national contracts • Lead our sales force to achieve sales targets by continually adapting our incentives; execute planning meetings with all regional sales teams on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis to monitor and motivate sales personnel • Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial drive and proactively and collaboratively engage with all departments internally to execute business plans, resolve issues, and deliver solutions Job Specifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field • 13 to 15 years or more experience working in sales related to a food/ FMCG product • Proven ability to lead a sales team in setting goals and meeting targets Ability to speak confidently and knowledgeably about seasonings, spices and the value proposition of our products with distributors
