Production Supervisor

Job Description : A leading plastics manufacturing company is looking candidates for the below position. Position – Supervisor – Production (BM/PET) Job Location – Damman , Saudi Arabia Salary -SAR 7500 – SAR 9000 (Without Accommodation) SAR 5600 – SAR 7000 (With Accommodation) To supervise and direct a team of production staff in the areas of production performance, scheduling, safety, maintenance and quality and communicate job expectation to ensure plastic products are manufactured as per the specification with high precision in quality and finish with optimum utilization of available resources. · Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of shop floor staff · Perform manpower allocation and shift arrangements upon the approval of the Production Executive · Perform stage inspection of the product to ensure compliance to specification and identify recurring process defects and take immediate corrective action · Maintain the records (ISO, Production) & document both hard and soft copies as needed and ensure that it is timely updated and accurate. Graduate/Diploma in technical subjects Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing industry from plastic and or packaging
