Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : SENIOR SCM DUBAI Metito is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join its Chemicals Divison. This role reports to the Metito Chemicals Executive Director and will be operating out of Metito Dubai offices in the United Arab Emirates. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's global supply chain strategy and operations to ensure process efficiency and productivity. Key Accountabilities: · Manage the Global Supply Chain network ensuring QHSE implementation, Demand Planning, Cost Management, and On-time Customer Deliveries. · Implement appropriate Key Performance Indicators and consistent measures across the network. · Develop a strong operational safety culture and metrics · Develop a road map of initiatives that drives operational improvement, customer service levels, and cost reduction. · Manage tolling agreements globally · Manage Supplier Performance Metrics · Manage Inventory and demand planning · Build and manage supply chain Capex and Opex budget. · Incorporate customer satisfaction surveys and complaints into improvement strategies. · Lead network expansion and the establishment of new blending facilities and bring them online safely and efficiently. · Prepare and present supply chain performance analysis to senior management. · Directly oversee local blending facilities. Maintain strong functional oversight on a global network in partnership with regional leaders. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES · Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. · A Master’s degree is preferable. · Experience above 10 years. · Ability to manage and travel to different countries · Cultural diversity
