Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : SCM DUBAI Reporting into- VP SCM Industry- Rigid packaging industry · Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the Rigid Industrial Packaging manufacturing industry. · Mandatory experience- The role will focus on sourcing and increasing vendor base of major raw material suppliers like Cold Rolled Steel/ Tin Plate / Polymers/ Co polymers, paints, coatings, closures, OEM spares, AMC's for equipment etc. · Develops integrated processes among internal functions- operations and logistics & outside suppliers, implements sourcing designs, models, strategies and processes to improve the business. · Lead supply chain inventory process, system settings and inventory targets. · Manage daily and weekly activities with suppliers and plants. · Monitor supplier performance · Plan, coordinate and manage all the activities related to sourcing and procurement of raw material · Work with the sales team to identify and work with the most effective distribution model for finished goods transportation to customers. · Knowledge of Sourcing (Globally) · Education- B.Tech Mechanical/ Metallurgy with Masters in Business Administration/ logistics/ Materials/ Supply Chain.
