Business Director 
15 yearsJob Description : BUSINESS DIRECTOR VIETNAM This position has a mission of achieving the company’s sales, marketing and profit objectives in Vietnam through the development and execution of sales, marketing and business plans. You will report to Managing Director and lead a team of 5 people including Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager/ Executive for retail or food service and Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities: · Develop, recommend, and gain management approval of the annual business plans for the respective country(s), including unit sales, revenues, and profit goals. Supervise the execution of the approved plan or, if necessary, recommend changes in the plans · Consistent with annual plans, establish monthly and quarterly targets and continually measure progress towards these targets · Work closely with the Regional Marketing Team to ensure a clear understanding of the marketing directions Provide input in the marketing and media planning. Supervise the Country’s Product Manager to ensure execution of the marketing A&P plan to ensure the efficient and effective use of the approved marketing budgets · To participate in new product development projects or projects with emphasis on business development and marketing · Manage, lead and develop distributor(s) to ensure effective and efficient work process whiles upholding core value and standard of service · Manage and work closely with distributor(s) in the planning and execution of sales & marketing activities including the control and monitor · Review and analyse the country’s product pricing structure and recommend pricing action where necessary To succeed in this role, you must have experience in key account and general trade management. Key Requirements: · Degree in Business Studies or higher · 15 years of solid experience in FMCG sales and marketing, at least five of it at managerial position · Experience in distributor management · Experience in food service channel would be an added advantage · Experience in people management · Converse well in English · Aggressive, result oriented and with high personal drive to succeed · Have strong people and negotiation skills, able to deal effectively with distributors and to execute the sales / marketing plans
