Job Description : GM - Talent Acquisition for one of the leading providers of business process solutions. Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: - Ideate, implement & automate recruitment system and procedures. - Act as a trusted advisor and recommend initiatives for TA Transformation. - Perform talent analytics to understand the talent gaps and the skills required. - Instrumental in developing the organizational skills and improving efficiencies for Talent Acquisition function. Looking to connect with talent with below requirements: - Exp: Minimum 15 years. Strong TA experience preferred. - Should have experience in analytics for TA function. - Industry exposure to ITES or BFSI sector is preferable.
