Job Description : Sales Manager – Tyres GHANA Job Mission :- Effectively manage end to end Sales & branch Operations in alignment with the business strategy of the organisation to meet the Topline and Bottomline. Principal Responsibility :- • Implementation of Operation Strategy • Dealer Network expansion as per the Plan • Delivering on Customer Expectation • Employee Motivation & Team spirit • New Business avenues & business expansion • Property identification for showrooms and ensuring opening as per given target • Establishing good PR • Knowledge :- Graduate / Postgraduate ( MBA - Sales & Marketing). • Experience :- 10-12 years of experience in sales of Tyres. Working experience in Africa will be an added advantage.
