Industry : FMCG - Manufacturing Category : Sales and Business Development Department : International Business Travel Required : Yes Roles and Responsibilities · Complete responsibility for preparing and execution of business plan for the region with ownership for top line and bottom line. · Grow business in Retail, Horeca and QSR channels. · Expand distribution base in the region. · Establish a network of long-term and reliable private label customers. · Prepare and execute activation and promotion plan for the region in consultation with marketing team. · Ensure highest standard of all deliverables to clients in coordination with management and the local business associate. Desired Candidate Profile · Management graduate from a premier business school with 12-15 years' relevant experience in the field of sales and business development. · Having experience of HoReCa and Retail segment of the business. · Excellent contact with supermarket buyers, category managers. · Contacts with a network of HoReCa distributors. · Extensively travelled in the region. · Experience of channel sales. · Good communication skills with command over English, Arabic & Hindi. · Good presentation skills.
