National Sales Manager 
10 yearsJob Description : NSM MALAYSIA Reporting to the Country Manager, this is a business critical opportunity to strategically formulate sales plans to raise sales revenue and meet business plan, sales and profit growth targets for the key accounts and other sales channels. Key Responsibilities: · Lead a team of Key Account Managers (modern trade) in trading terms negotiations, promotion planning, business development, channel and category development · Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance · Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client · Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training · Achieve targeted growth and value in terms of sales revenue and profitability · Manage P&L to ensure a healthy record of the key accounts and other sales channel The successful talent must be numerically strong, possess outstanding strategic thinking ability and strong experience in sales. Key Requirements: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent from any reputable university · Minimum of 10 years’ successful track record in managing modern trade channels within an FMCG company, currently must be at least at a Group Key Account Manager capacity · Must have people management experience · Strong business sense and strategic vision, able to build, shape and implement a vision for a category and the business · Excellent leadership and people skills, to interact with all levels in the organisation and lead a high-performing team
