Key Responsibilities: · Develop relationships with existing distributors as well as identify potential ones in the target market · Ensuring that all distributor teams have all the required tools to succeed in the market · Achieve substantial growth in GCC · Ensure delivery of the annual business plan for the countries within the GCC region Requirements: · Proven track record in managing distributors in the FMCG sector · Energetic and able to work individually with minimal supervision · Successful experience as a KAM dealing with international big-box retailers · Excellent communication skills in English
