Job Description : COMMERCIAL MANAGER ASIA OUT OF VIETNAM An exciting Commercial Manager Asia job has become available at one of the most respected international agriculture firms based in HCMC. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is the role for sales person who is a leader in their field. About the Commercial Manager Asia Role: In this role you will be responsible for promoting the new business unit in Vietnam and Asia. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities. Key Responsibilities: · Propose and execute the sales strategy for company in the Asian region to meet business objectives · Develop and conduct workshops, exhibitions and/or training programs for clients to expand knowledge of our products and brand awareness · Administer budget and sales forecast within scope to meet business objectives · Administer the human talent under responsibility to support talent growth To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements: · Experiences in developing other export markets from Vietnam before with strong track record.
