Job Description : CEO NIGERIA Chief Executive Officer for a 1000 crore Kolkata-based promoter-driven company. The company manufactures and supplies rice and related products, de-oiled extraction and refined edible oils, as well as other agricultural products such as corn and sesame oils. The company exports its products to 15+ countries. 6 processing units in India, 2 in Vietnam, and 2 in Nigeria. The company plans to go public in 3-5 years. Roles / Responsibilities ? CEO will look after Nigeria business ? Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company ? Report to the Board of Directors and keep them informed formally and informally based on the criteria set up by MD ? Grow the business and tap the opportunities in the market ? Maximize the valuation of the company and take it public in the next 3-5 years Experience & Requirements · Should be a CEO for the last 2 to 5 Years handling a minimum turnover of INR 250 Crore is a must. · In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices · Should have worked in a listed company; preferably been part of an IPO process Candidates in the compensation range of 1 - 2 cr can apply.
