Job Description : DIRECTOR DUBAI FOR FMCG QUALITY ASSURANCE 20+ years assurance Job Location : Sharjah Role Description : Lead all Quality Assurance activities across company's restaurants and divisions,proactively ensuring the highest levels of food safety and process compliance while continually improving the quality of products through the entire chain. Role Size : Region : Middle East, North Africa and Kazakhstan Annual Sales : Greater than USD $1 Billion Brands : 15 including KFC, PizzaHut, Hardees,Krispy Kreme,Costa Coffee etc.. # of Outlets : greater than 1500 across 13 markets Experience : 1. 15+ yrs management experience in food industry, in QA, Food manufacturing related roles with minimum of 10yrs in restaurant / food service background 2. Leadership experience in corporate quality systems, compliance, crisis management, food safety guidelines and regulations relations with government bodies 3. Extensive experience with food manufacturing or food preparation, including an overall understanding of production facilities, quality improvement methods and product development requirments 4. Thought Leadership, influencer and change driver 5. Access to and experience of implementing cutting edge technical and change programs Education : - Science, Food Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Manufacturing or Engineering Bachelors Degree - Certified in quality related fields ( From HACCP, 6 Sigma,SPC ,ASQ, BRC, QMS /Lead auditor).
