Job Description : PROJECT DIRECTOR - (Oil & Gas) BHARAIN * Excellent Package * Family Status * Age below 50 Years B. E / B. Tech / M. Tech Mechanical + Construction Management, Business and Project Management or Building studies. Leadership and business management skills. Knowledge of MS. Office, Project Planning Software etc. Persistent and determined with excellent verbal communication skills. 20+ years' experience in Oil & Gas Construction Projects, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Construction Projects including risk to cost, schedule and quality. Manage and lead large teams of multi-discipline professionals. Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers. Meeting with clients, stakeholders & project managers to report on project progress. Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships. Devising cost-effective plans, ensuring permits and legal documents are secured ahead of the project. Negotiate contract commercial terms. Manage project budgets, costs, and receivables. Manages contracts and legal issues. Working in office and on a construction site.
