Deputy Manager

Job Description : Deputy Manager - Process Plant Operations requirement for a reputed Mining Company @ Mozambique KRA's: Monitor and control all plant parameters to exceed the main plant KPI's of throughput, recovery and product quality; Coordinate real-time plant feed rate and ore quality with Wash Plant Manager Understand and pre-empt ore attribute impacts on plant performance to optimize plant control responses; Ensure equipment is operated within defined operating sop Ensure high utilization of the plant & maintain high standards of plant control Direct Dense Medium Separation or similar experience -preferred Specific and in depth operational experience in mineral ore processing. Familiar with Scrubber Attrition/ D.M.S. / Water Thickener/ Screening Plants and flotation circuits required. Qualification & Experiences Minimum of 10 years' supervisory experience; technical and operational leadership experience in metallurgical process operations Experience living and working in Africa and having the ability to speak and communicate in Portuguese language is highly desirable.
