Job Description : EXPORT HEAD OUT OF INDIA 25+ years experience Role : Head- Exports (International Sales)- Location : Delhi - Product exposure- Inverters - Product exposure- Online UPS Client : Over all employee around 5000 in India & a leader power back up and a wide range of products includes Line Interactive UPS, ONLINE UPS, DIGITAL & SINEWAVE INVERTERS/UPS EB/UPS E/UPS 24x7, SOLAR PRODUCTS & STABILIZER Responsible for International Business focusing mainly at ( Africa, Latin America, Middle East) KRA : Achieve for PnL, Maximize Profit, /Product planning, Business strategy, Business Development & Business Expansion to new markets. Product range : Power Back Up- Inverters, Batteries, On Line ups Required candidates Profile : - Must have worked in Online ups product line not open for any other products - BE & MBA preferred around 20 years of Sales & BD experience into Power products at-least in Online UPS - Must have managed International export business for multiple countries with complete P& L accountability Areas of Expertise : - P&L Management, Brand Promotion, BD, Business Strategy, Execution,/ Sales Management, Project management, Channel Management - New Product Launch/Development/ Procurement/ Pricing/Product Placement/strategy/Product life cycle/business Plan, E commerce, Project, B2B, EPC - Profit Center Operations, Team Management & Strategic Management
