Job Description : Sr. Manager / AGM – Audit @ Senegal (West Africa). Experience: Post Qualification 15 to 20 yrs. Qualification: CA with Excellent Communication Skills. Job Responsibilities: • Heading the Internal audit function of Fertilizer operation of West Africa Overall supervision of planned annual audits. • Develop, implement and maintain internal audit plans/programme policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice. • Reporting on control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value. • Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements. • Conduct ad-hoc investigations into identified or reported risks. • Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes. • Manage resources and audit assignments. • Undertaking internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives. • Interaction & Coordination with Internal and external Auditor for timely completion of their responsibilities.
