Job Description : CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) MINING INDUSTRY DAR ES SALAAM TANZANIA RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide leadership to the Finance team to ensure the development of a working environment that is conducive to the achievement of budgeted Department KPIs. • Developing and maintaining strategic and tactical matters as they relate to operational budget management, cost benefit analysis and forecasting. • Drive efficiencies in financial/business systems and controls. • Participate and advise on commercial decisions. • Developing and maintaining systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets • Assist in future acquisition due diligence and integration. • Oversee investor relations for the company. • Lead the annual development of both the Operating and Capital budget to ensure compliance. • To provide key financial information, analysis and advice to the stakeholders. www.li.edin.com/company/shugulika • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. • CPA or ACCA qualification. • Minimum of 15 years financial experience of which 6 years would have been spent in handling financial and corporate affairs of a company in a managerial capacity, preferably in a mining related industry. • Expertise is finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS.
