Civil Projects Head

Job Description : Head Civil Projects Location: Mumbai Client: Indian Manufacturing Conglomerate Offering: 40 to 50 LPA • Civil Engineering is a Must with 15 to 20 years of experience in Construction Project Management for commercial projects • Experience in Site Execution of commercial projects only which will include CSR projects of the group also • Should be open to regular global travelling • Should have experience in leading a team of project managers Shall involve in the commercial construction project management for New + Repair/upgradation projects. o Monitoring and controlling site construction activities - Daily work planning, oversee scheduling of tasks and allocation of resources by contractors. o Co-ordination with construction contractors and site team for timely execution of work. Conducting site review meetings. Identification and removal of constraints/ shortfalls. o Liaison with statutory bodies & local government agencies for permissions and approvals required in connection with execution of activities on site o responsible for coordinating with Architects / Interior Designers / Structural, MEP, and other consultants
