Vice President Operations

Job Description : Vice President - Production/ Operations - API & Intermediates - North India Responsibilities: • Responsible & Accountable Overall Production/Operations. • Responsible for Profit & Loss from Operations Point of View. • Responsible for External & Internal Audit. • Lead Process Engineering, Modification, Technical Services & Technology Transfer. • Implementation of Quality Management System as Per Statutory Guideline. • Manage Effluent index, Solvent index etc. as Per the Company requirement. • Productivity- Controlling RMC of Products & Utilization of Plant Occupancy & Capacity. • Manpower Planning for All the Plants & Optimum Utilization of Resources. • Production Planning & Inventory Management. • Ensure that the Products are Produced on Time & of Good Quality. • Participate Actively in Standardization & Cost Optimisation. • Perform Analysis of Manufacturing Materials & Determining Optimum Control levels. • Develop & Motivate the Cost Effective Alternatives & Improvements to Production Processes. • Leading, Managing & Monitoring the Performance of Team Members to ensure Adherence to Time lines & Milestones Deliverables as Per Plan. • Introduce Best Operational Practices, Identifying the Areas of Obstruction, System & Process Changes for Qualitative Improvement & Energy Conservation. • MIS Reports as Per the Management Requirement. Qualifications & Exp.: • B.E. / B. Tech Chemical with about 20-25 Years of Exp in any Large API Manufacturing Organisation.
