Factory Manager

Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER KENYA FOR FERTILIZER · Planning day-to-day work including production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output. · Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies / contingency plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with production requirements. · Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various network elements to increase network up time and equipment reliability. · Coordination with maintenance to safely carry out our tasks in time bound manner. · Managing the Team members with respect to attendance, leaves, allocation, utilization, evaluation, development, emergency management etc. as per Administration guidelines. · Strictly following SOP, SIP, terminal regulations& QHSE policy. · Preparing department daily, monthly and yearly reports. Desired Candidate Profile · Engineering degree preferably mechanical engineer or chemical engineer. · 40 year's old or higher. · 10 years experience in an NPK fertilizer blending factory. · Have a working knowledge agriculture would be a good advantage. · Factory is brand new based in Nairobi, Kenya.
