Senior MEP Manager

Job Description : Senior MEP Manager & Technical Manager. Requirements: • Coordinate with Sub-contractors, oversee and manage all MEP Systems • Responsible for MEP Coordination with other trades including timely completion and submittals. • Understand and implement latest authority regulations & compliance documentation (specifications, drawings and details). • Ensure compliance with LEED Gold Rating Requirements (The project's sustainability objective is to achieve `LEED GOLD' as per USGBC LEED v4 for BD+C New Construction and Major Renovation certification program by being able to adhere to the mandatory perquisites and a minimum of 60 points.) • Perform other duties associated with these roles as per requirement. • Strong drive for results, the potential candidate must be focused and able to work with others within a transparent, collaborative and trustworthy team environment. • With effective communication skills, candidates who can join immediately and flexible to work across the UAE will be preferred. Bachelors degree with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience (preferably who has LEED Silver/Gold Experience)
