Job Description : GM LV/HV PROJECTS SIERRA LEONE/LIBERIA self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to with 15 to 20 years experience to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Responsibilities includes : Handle overall operations of Multi locational Projects, Manage Timely and efficiently execution of given Projects, Develop the Working Budget, Responsible for P&L, Project planning and adherence to schedule of the given Project, Design verification & Techno-commercial Management of given Project's (Multi location/ Multi country), Support to Group Marketing team on securing contracts with support on design and optimization side, Technical co-ordination Between Customer - Consultant - Contractors -Procurement teams - Vendors, Training and Seminars, Creation and Monitoring for compliance reporting's, Required Candidate profile Working experience in African Geography will be given preference Should be PMP certified Exceptional communication skills, Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner, Must have extensive experience in executing multiple Substation/ Line Projects 11kV to 132kV, Must have extensive experience Distribution Sub-station/ Rural Electrification/ Rehabilitation Projects, Must have extensive experience in Overhead & Underground Transmission/ Distribution Line, Should have exposure of working with Utilities,
