Job Description : BUSINESS MANAGER, SALES AND MARKETING FOR EAST AFRICA Sales Responsibility of Chemicals & Polymers -Commodities & Specialties Sales through Trade & and Key account channels in Uganda. (Our Basic requirement is minimum Science Graduates who can handle Chemical & Polymers Sales.) Responsible for Sales, Inventory, Receivables and profitability. Responsible for New Business Development & Territory (Market) Development Proactively identifies opportunities for Sales Process Improvement Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand. Maintains Sales Volume, Product Mix and Selling Price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. Delivers Annual Volume and Gross-Profit plans by implementing Sales Strategies to achieve the Volume and Profit Objective. Trading background is a Must. Required Candidate profile Education Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science Preferably Chemistry / Polymers / Plastics. Experience 4-8 years Experience in Africa preferred or 7-8 years experience in local Indian sales
