Key Responsibilities: Candidate should have knowledge of procurement of maintenance, repairs and operational(MRO) Industrial Spares from various OEMS and suppliers in the market. Constantly Sourcing and developing New/alternative vendors across the globe for new as well as regular requirements for better lead time and price. Collect information on MRO spares from the market from various OEM’s and suppliers. Product costing of new products as well as current products share with the management for Approvals. Before purchasing material should collect technical and commercial information of the material from various suppliers. Visit the supplier as per requirement for quality aspects. Constantly tracking and ranking all suppliers on pricing, quality and speed of response to help guide supplier choice. Ensuring that the company’s supplier database is always kept secure. Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods. Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet daily goals. Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers. Obtaining quotes from different suppliers. Preparing quotation and ensuring offers are sent within 24 hours after receipt. Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: 8+ years into procurement of industrial spares.
