Job Description : HR MANAGER DUBAI FOR HOSPITALITY Job Duties To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration. Manage the day to day HR operational activities and provide action plan Conduct new hire orientation program and coordinate departmental training Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs also all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transportation in far locations Ensures appraisals are carried out and follows up on development needs, if required. Lead the workforce planning and effectively manage the staffing process Work with Group HR team to ensure effectiveness and alignment Identify and execute on all HR programs/HR Roadmap including leadership development, Performance and Talent management, compensation planning, Reward & Recognition and Awards Ensure compliance and alignment of HR actions, policies and procedures Job Requirements 5 Stars Hotel or Resort Experience is a “Must” 10-15 years at least proven experience in Human Resources among which the last 4 years in a managerial level. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Excellent English language skill HR generalist/ HRBP experience is preferable Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
