Job Description : 2 & 3 WHEELER MANAGER FOR SERVICE AND SPARE PARTS BURMA Management of inventory. 1.Effective sales and distribution of spare parts to the dealership network. 2.Manage relationships with over 40 dealers across the countries and create a effective customer service across the sales network. 3.Oversee the inspection of motorcycle to identify faulty components and facilitate process for repairs 4.Supervise the activities of automotive service technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely repairs 5.Oversee hiring and training. 6.Monitor inventory to regulate and ensure the availability of required vehicle parts 7.Oversee the procurement of vehicle parts, automotive equipment, and various other items required in an auto service department 8.Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide underperforming ones 9.Manage the process of client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges 10.Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to their skills 11.Follow up customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service 12.Manage the process of part warranty and claim. 13.Understanding how to make failure report. 14.Set up the warranty policy or service policy. 15. Plan & Execute Service Camps 16.Ensure customers are satisfied with service policy. 17.Manage all fixed materials for service department. 18.Manage SKD assembly installation at vehicle assembly warehouse 19.Create a profitable after sales business unit. Required Candidate profile a) Candidate must have experience in Automotive after sales of 3-Wheelers b) Must have good and sound knowledge of Service & Spares c) Must have experience in planning & execution of service camps d) Must be a team player and must have handled a team in past
