MEP Manager

Job Description : MEP MANAGER UAE · Based on project you will be managing and working closely with the MEP Engineers on the successful completion of assigned MEP projects within UAE. · Designing, Estimating, Executing, Supervising, co-ordinating and providing efficient professional services in project management · Liaising and Co-ordinating with the Client/Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, Sub-contractors and authorities such as DEWA, Municipality and Civil Defence for all the related works · Working with major suppliers for all material procurement from floating enquires until finalisation · Based on project you will be managing and working closely with the MEP Engineers on the successful completion of assigned MEP projects within UAE. · Designing, Estimating, Executing, Supervising, co-ordinating and providing efficient professional services in project management · Liaising and Co-ordinating with the Client/Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, Sub-contractors and authorities such as DEWA, Municipality and Civil Defence for all the related works · Working with major suppliers for all material procurement from floating enquires until finalisation Job Desired Skills: · Mechanical Engineering degree · Solid construction experience in High Rise Towers within middle east · 15 years work experience in a MEP work for mega construction projects. · English speaking and writing – Arabic a plus. · Good oral communication skills (meetings with contractors, senior authority management, technical disciplines).
