Principal and Partner Acquisition Head

Job Description : HEAD PRINCIPAL AND PARTNER ACQUISITION DUBAI FOR IFFCO Head - Principal & Patner Acquisition is The incumbent is responsible for acquiring and growing outside IFFCO businesses for Middle East and Africa in line with our IFFCO S&D strategy. The incumbent will be working with the MD directly to search and identify potential partners and responsible for overall P&L the complete business of outside IFFCO businesses. Selection Criteria: Work experience requirement · Total Work Experiences of Minimum 12+ Years in Distribution companies with proven track record in building and managing the large business in the targeted countries. · Overall exposure to B2C and B2B business and knowledge of upper and lower trade · Experience of working in multi cultural environment. · Experience of managing the full value chain in business. · Knowledge of Sales and Distribution in GCC, Middle East and Africa. Qualification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business management and above Master’s degree in business administration or management is a plus Data analytics and strategic planning experience mandatory High proficiency with computer skills, MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint Able to travel Abroad
