Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO PRETORIA SOUTH AFRICA The ideal candidate will deliver immediate value and contribute to the long-term objectives of hearX by increasing the efficiency and the accuracy of the finance & human resource function - by managing the full accounting, payroll, discipline, recruitment, and capital functions across multiple subsidiaries located on different continents. Establish core financial processes and compliance while being responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis. In addition, they will set up reporting requirements, executing such in effective communication strategies to assist EXCO and the Board in accomplishing set business objectives. Qualifications (minimum) · Strong finance-based analytical skills · 15+ years' of finance experience with a minimum of 3 as a CFO · CA Required nature of experience · Start-up and/or technology businesses experience · Venture capital fund raising and mergers and acquisitions · Risk and statutory management · Financial process and system design and implementation · Exposure in international and cross border entity management · Financial reporting to board · Finance team management · Payroll management · Corporate governance Strong financial acumen encompassing: · Accounting Software (ie Pastel / Xero) · Accounting principles and standards · Financial reporting skills · Quantitative and financial modelling skills · Capital structuring · Local and cross border tax and regulatory knowledge · Advanced Microsoft Excel · Knowledge of relevant labour legislation
