Finance Director

Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE DIRECTOR SINGAPORE Reporting to both the Regional CFO and Asia Pacific Managing Director, you are expected to lead the FP&A and commercial finance teams across the various markets. You are a key business partner and financial strategist to the business leaders and you can expect to be heavily involved in long term strategy and planning for the company. Working closely with the individual country leaders, you will be driving revenue and market growth as well as monitoring key business and financial processes. As one of the key leaders in the region, you will represent finance in board meetings and lead regional discussions on business initiatives and projects. Last but not least, you will need to lead and upskill the finance team to provide talent pipeline for global mobility. Ideally, you should be a chartered accountant or equivalent with at least 15 year's of track record in a blue chip FMCG environment. Experience working in different markets in Asia will be an asset for this role. You have demonstrated an impeccable track record in driving business and revenue growth while managing large finance teams. You have excellent commercial acumen and is able to present clear financial analysis and macro perspective to corporate and business leaders. You also have direct experience in managing large businesses across various markets in Asia Pacific and have provided strategic guidance in shaping the business landscape.
