Senior Manager Accounts and Finance

Job Description : Sr. Manager – Accounts & Finance Experience: 12 Years Location: Uganda, Africa Qualification: Chartered Accountant Industry: Manufacturing Key responsibilities: Oversees the Finance & Accounting function of the Group. Preparation of balance sheet and accounts upto finalization Oversee Financial and Accounting system controls and standards used by the Group. Ensures timely provision of Group financial and statistical reports for management. Ensuring that all accounting functions are accurately and effectively fulfilled. Working with Subsidiary heads and subsidiary Finance Managers to prepare budgets, forecasts and other financial plans. Liaison with the Subsidiaries to ensure that there is prudent financial management; that they maintain necessary facilities with the banks and that such facilities are competitively priced. Liaison with external auditors to ensure that audits are properly planned, carried out and that financial reports are prepared within set timelines. Well versed with SAP software
