FP& A Director 
15 yearsJob Description : FP & A DIRECTOR SINGAPORE Reporting to the VP FP&A, as part of the senior finance leadership team in the Asia Pacific product sourcing and supply chain organisation, the FP&A Director leads, manages and oversees a broad range of critical functions including financial planning, forecasting, management reporting and business analytics for the organisation across Asia Pacific. You will play a key strategic role in driving and supporting the global supply chain strategies of the firm, with annual sourcing volume of approximately US$ 4B. Key Responsibilities: · Build, lead and supervise the regional FP&A function for the consolidated Asia operations including budget, forecast, management reporting and consolidation of global production matrix · Be a strong business partner to key stakeholders and senior management across Asia product supply in driving changes that would impact the way the firm does business · Lead the development of functional strategic plan, by taking an outside-in, forward looking perspective · Champion changes and create an environment that effectively balance business needs and risks proactively, operates and lead successfully in ambiguous and complex situations · Deliver concise and effective story-telling behind the numbers to executive management team, and internal customers (brands and sourcing functional heads) · Provide decision support to senior supply chain leaders partnering closely with HR in terms of managing the spend, resources allocation to optimise spend for the organisation · Be ready to get hands-on in resolving issues when required · Be a champion of people development, create a learning culture and inspire the team through coaching and role modelling To succeed in this FP&A Director role, you need to have excellent track record in developing people and strong FP&A experience in a MNC environement. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. CPA qualifications is preferred · Experience in SAP and SOX compliance is preferred · Proven record of leadership and accomplishments in a multinational environment · Strong team player and has demonstrated ability to collaborate across distances and organisational boundaries · Strong curiosity to ask “Why” and not just “What” and “How” · Experience handling complex business issues involving various stakeholders and navigating in a matrix environment · Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines · Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Previous experience supervising/managing a large team (8 - 10 people) is required
